He was born in February 1911 at Ontario, Canada.1
His name was also recorded as Laurence Perrier.3 His name was recorded as Henry Laurence McInall on his birth registration2 ; and, Lawrence Perrier.4
Henry appeared in the 1911 Canadian Census of Radcliffe Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, in the household ofLewis Mayhew and Azilda Mayhew, his grandson, possibly the son of Maggie.1
Laurence appeared in the 1921 Canadian Census of Radcliffe Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, in the household of Louis Mayhew and Xyldos Mayhew.3
The following analysis is from my personal research and reflects my attempts to consolidate information from different sources.
There are two birth registrations. See Ontario Birth Registration 044386 for Henry Laurence McInal, the earlier registration, listing his parents at George McInall (a miner) and Maggie Mayhew and certified by Mrs. L Mayhew.

In 1923, Margaret filed a second registration for Lawrence Perrier, son of Antime Perrier and Margaret Mayhew (married Nov 19, 1910). This date is slightly later than the date given in the Brudenell Parish Register

Note that in the 1911 census, several months after Henry's birth, mother and child were listed in her father's household and the implied surname (ditto marks) was Mayhew.2,4
