     Melbourne Zummack was born circa September 1920 in Saskatchewan, CanadaG, 9 months old in the 1021 census, and died at age 81.1,4 He was the son of Earnest Zummack and Pearl Dodge.3 Melbourne married Edna Tindall.5,2 Melbourne died on 23 May 2002 in Pasqua Hospital, Regina, Saskatchewan, CanadaG.1,6
     His name was also recorded as Melbourne Zumach according to the 1921 census.4 He also went by the name of Mel Zummack.7

Melbourne Zumach appeared on the 1921 Canadian Census of RM of Lumsden No.189, Saskatchewan in the household of his parents, Ernest Zumach and Pearl Zumach.4 In the obituary of Earnest Zummack which printed 2 January 1957, Earnest's son, Melbourne Zummack was listed as a survivor.8 In the obituary of Vera Zummack which printed 23 June 2002, Vera's brother, Mel Zummack was listed as predeceased.7
