Thomas gave his occupation as Lumber Cutter, and Annie was a Farmer's Daughter.5,6,1,2
     The following information is extracted from her obituary. Survivor(s): Elaine Marion, Charlie Boland, Ted Boland, Ivah Porter, Doris Poland, Maureen Culhane, Irma Keffer and Aldene Freeland. Predeceased: Thomas Abraham Boland.7 She died on 24 May 1966 in Ontario, CanadaG, at age 84.1 Annie Boland was buried on 27 May 1966 in St. John's Anglican Cemetery, Eganville, Renfrew County, Ontario, CanadaG.8,1,7

     Annie Sumach was a survivor of her father August who died in 1890 when she was 8 years, 3 months and 9 days old.9
     Annie Zummach was one of first employees at C.W. Boland's Beresford Hotel in Killaloe Station. He was her future father-in-law in November 1896.1011

     In the obituary of Lydia Summach who died 19 October 1938, Lydia's sister, Mrs. T Bowland (sic) was listed as a survivor.12
     In the obituary of Thomas Abraham Boland who died 25 April 1946, Thomas's wife, Annie Summach was listed as a survivor.13
     In the obituary of William Summach who died 17 December 1959, William's sister, Annie Boland was listed as a survivor.14
     In the obituary of Whilhelminna Zummach who died 22 May 1964, her sister, Annie Boland of Killaly (sic - should be Killaloe), ON, was listed as a survivor.15

     The following biographical information is from my (Rick Moffat's) personal research, October 2018:
The only information I have on two of her sons, Roy and George, comes from Aunt Laureen. I have found no birth or death registrations, but many people skipped making these registrations. Perhaps they died as infants. There is no mention of them in her obituary, but those that predeceased her were not mentioned.16

Census Data

     Annie Sumach appeared on the 1891 Canadian Census of Renfrew County, Ontario in the household of her mother Mary Sumach.17
     Anna Zumach appeared on the 1901 Canadian Census of Renfrew County, Ontario in the household of her mother Mary Zumach.3
     Thomas Boland and Annie appeared on the 1911 Canadian Census of Killaloe, Hagarty Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, enumerated 5 June 1911. Thomas was enumerated as a retail merchant in a store and as an Anglican while she was a Baptist. Their children Helene, Charley, Edward and Iva were listed as living with them.18
     Thomas A Boland and Anna appeared on the 1921 Canadian Census of Killaloe Station, Hagarty Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, enumerated 1 June 1921. Thomas was enumerated as a Storekeeper and Church of England. Their children Alaine, Charley, Teddey, Iva, Dora, Maureen, Erma and Aldene were listed as living with them.19
