Clicking on a link below allows you to download an eBook to your PC or mobile device. I have tested downloading to an IOS device, opening the Apple Books app, searching for "epub" and viewing it in the app. You can also choose to open the eBook in your browser, although there may be formatting differences.

Within the Apple Books app, tapping the lower right corner of any page will display an icon that will allow you to navigate the table of contents, or search within the book.
