JAMIESON--FOLKINS
A pretty wedding was solemnized on Saturday at 5 p.m., at the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Folkins, when their eldest daughter Audrey Lillian was united in marriage to Mr. Jack A. Jamieson, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Jamieson, Dekburne, in the presence of 60 guests.

The rooms were decorated with sweet peas and gladioli, the color scheme being pink and white. The ceremony was performed under an arch of palms and ferns by the Rev. H. M. Horricks.

The wedding march was played by Miss Hazel Folkins, sister of the bride, while Mrs Margaret Folkins was her sister's only attendant.

The bride was lovely In a floor-' length gown of pale green lace and wore a coronet of orange blossoms and carried a bouquet of Ophelia roses and lily-of-the-valley.

The bridesmaid was pretty in a gown of pale pink lace and carried a bouquet of mauve and pink sweet peas and maidenhair fern.

The bridegroom was attended by his brother. Mr. Harry Jamieson.

The bride's mother chose a navy blue georgette jacket frock, with which she wore a corsage of pink rosebuds, while the bridegroom's mother was gowned in blown lace with corsage of tea roses.

A dainty buffet supper was served following the ceremony, the bride's table being covered with a lace cloth and centred with a three-tier wedding cake and tall pink tapers in silver sconces.

Mrs, A, L. Folkins and Mrs. J. D. Leiper, of Vancouver, poured tea, while those assisting in serving were Mrs, Walter Brigden, Mrs. Heber Smith, Mrs. Gordon Folkins, Miss Lillian Jamieson and Miss Hazel Folkins.

Mr. end Mrs. Jamieson left for a honeymoon trip by motor, and on their return will reside in Delburne, where the bride has taught school for the past five years. years.1
