Lee may have been her birth name. Shortly after her birth, she was adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Milby. However, Lee is also the surname she gave on her marriage license application. She was married twice, 1) Wilburn Leonard Mays, and then 2) Tony Wofford, who predeceased her.7
