RENFREW-- The wedding was solemnized at the United church manse, Renfrew, of Mildred Phanenhour. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Phanenhour of Renfrew, and William Gould Humphries, son of Mrs. Jennie Humphries and the late Mr. Humphries. Rev. J. W. Houston officiated.-
For her wedding, the bride wore a light blue street length frock trimmed with leaf design in sequins, with accessories in white and navy blue, and corsage bouquet of American Beauty roses. She was attended by her sister Miss Fern Phanenhour. James Cooke was best man.
Following the ceremony, a wedding dinner was served to members of the immediate families at the Hotel Renfrew. The couple left for a wedding trip to Montreal, Niagara Falls and other points. They will live in Renfrew.2
