Based upon the obituares of William Coe, Margaret Angelina Peskett and Patricia Peskett-Zoschke, I assume that Bill was Pat's biological father and that her mother's second marriage was to Arthur Peskett.
Bill's obituary mentions two daughters, the second being Jean. Jean is not mentioned in the obituary of Margaret Angelina Peskett so may not have been her daughter. She is also not referenced in the obituary of Margaret Patricia Peskett.8
