     Agnes Barr Hazelton died on 1 December 1934, at the home of her son, at Sault Ste. Marie, Korah Twp., Algoma District, Ontario, Canada, at age 62 according to Ontario Death Registration 008225.6 The informant on her death registration was her son, W. H. Armstrong. Her father was identified as Robert (sic) Hazelton. He recorded her father's given name as Robert, and did not know her mother's name.6 The cause of her death was given as cerebral embolism.6
     Agnes Barr Hazelton was buried on 3 December 1934 at Greenwood Cemetery, Sault Ste. Marie, Korah Twp., Algoma District, Ontario, Canada.6,7
     Her name was recorded as Agnes Heselton (sic) on her birth registration.3 She was identified as the mother of Willard Hazelton Armstrong who was born on 7 April 1908.8
