     Josephine Liddle appeared on the 1870 U.S. Federal Census of Lawrenceburg, Lawrenceburg Twp., Dearborn County, Indiana, in the household of Eli and Mary Mattocks.3 In the extract of the obituary of Thomas Liddle which printed 16 October 1912, his sister, Josephine Moorman was listed as a survivor.13
     In the obituary of Isaac Liddle who died 1 October 1930, his sister, Josephine Mason was listed as a survivor.14

     The following analysis is from my personal research and reflects my attempts to consolidate information from different sources.
The creator of the Day Genealogy incorrectly recorded that she was the wife of Charles B Liddle. However, he died at the age of 11 years in 1871.3
