SOON TO WED
Miss Kathryn Glass, Who Departed from Sedalia Last Night.
Miss Kathryn Glass, who for nine years has made her home, with her cousin, Mr. Jas. Glass, at his commodious residence, corner of Seventh and Osage streets, left Saturday night for her old home, Owen Sound. Ontario, says Rosa Pearle's Paper.
Her little nephew,Bert Crosskill, accompanied her. Shortly after reaching Owen Sound, Miss Glass will be married to Mr. John Reynolds, of Manitowaning, Ont., the ceremony being performed by Rev. Mulholland, of the Episcopal church, of which the bride-to-be was a former member.
The couple will then go to Manitowaning, where Mr. Reynolds, who has long been known to Miss Glass, is a prominent and prosperous resident. During her stay here she has, by her many admirable traits of character, made is large circle of friends, who, while regretting her permanent residence elsewhere, will yet wish for her in her new relation all the happiness and prosperity which life affords.2

Marriage registrations confirm that the parents of both Isabella and Katherine Glass were James Glass and Eliza Watson, so they were
sisters. Therefore I conclude that "little Bert Crosskill" referenced in the news article about "Kathryn's" upcoming wedding was the 14 year old son of Isabella.3
