The funeral service will be held at the family home at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning. Burial will be made in the Roman Catholic Cemetery at Arelee. The Saskatoon Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.3

     Kathleen Stack died on 11 November 1938, at her farm home near Asquith, at Saskatchewan, Canada, at age 69.6,8
     
     Catherine Stack was buried on 14 November 1938 at Saint Ann Roman Catholic Cemetery, Arelee, RM of Eagle Creek No. 376, Saskatchewan, Canada.6,8
     James and Kate Stack appeared on the 1901 Canadian Census of Admaston Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, enumerated 31 March 1901, described as a farmer and a Catholic. Their children: Julia, John, Nellie, Gertrude, Clara and Kate, were listed as living with them. Tom Chambers was a domestic within this household.5
     James and Catharen Stack appeared on the 1911 Canadian Census of Saskatchewan, enumerated 5 June 1911. James was described as described as a Roman Catholic and a farmer.      Catherine Stack, her mother, was referenced, but not by name, in the obituary of Margaret Stack, who died 10 November 1935.9
     The following obituary appeared in the newspaper the Star-Phoenix published in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan 12 November 1938:
MRS. KATHLEEN STACK
The death occurred yesterday at her Asquith farm home of Mrs. Kathleen Stack, aged 68. Born in Ontario, Mm Stack had resided in the West for 30 years. She is survived by four sons, James, Roy, Thomas and John all of Asquith, and by four daughters, Nellie of Asquith, Mis. Alec McLeod and Mrs. I. Johnson of Asquith, and F. Hallahan in Ontario. Three brothers and a sister also survive. The funeral service will be held on Monday at 10 o'clock at the family residence with burial in Arelee cemetery. Park Funeral Home has charge of arrangement's.8
