Survivor(s): Cecil Mervin Mitchell and Arnold Mitchell. His wife, Margaret Mitchell was referenced but not by name.4
Clifford Hooey Mitchell was buried on 31 January 1964 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.4
Clifford Mitchell appeared in the 1921 Canadian Census of Collingwood Twp., Grey County, Ontario in the household of his parents, Thomas and Elizabeth Mitchell, listed as a sailor on a lake ship.3
In the obituary of Floyd Mitchell who died 5 February 1929, his brother, Clifford Mitchell of Rockhaven, was listed as a survivor.7
They purchased the Red & White grocery store from S. M. Turriff who had to sell due to ill health.8

This was the Cliff Mitchell who ran a grocery store in Asquith in the 1950's. He had a barber shop in the back of the store. The chair was modified with a stool seat that swivelled around the chair, to accomodate his missing leg.9
