HONEYWELL-YOUNG.
A quiet wedding took place on Wednesday, at the Methodist parsonage, Westboro, when Annie Almond, youngest daughter of Rev. H. A. Young, was united in marriage to Mr. Albert E. Honeywell, marriages the legal firm of Honeywell and Kelly, of Ottawa. The ceremony was performed by Rev. H. A. Young, father of the bride. The bride was becomingly gowned in white organdy over white silk, and carried a boquet (sic) of bridal roses with lilies of the valley. She was attended by Miss Christina Armatage, of Montreal, who wore pale pink silk, and carried pink roses. Miss Lila Trenholm, of Montreal, niece of the bride, acted as flower girl, and carried a basket of sweet peas. Mr. H. Gray, of Toronto, was best man. The groom's gift to the bride was a sapphire and diamond ring, to the bridesmaid a pearl brooch, and to the groom a pearl stick pin. The little flower girl received a pearl pendant. The wedding gifts were both costly and numerous, and Included a silver tea service and many articles of cut glass.
After the reception Mr. and Mrs. Honeywell left for Montreal and Boston, the bride travelling in a wine colored plaid suit with hat to match. On their return they will reside at 61 Belmont avenue, Ottawa.8

One of the first residents of Nepean township, E. H. Honeywell of Carling avenue, Woodroffe, died this morning at a local hospital after it brief illness. He was in his 83rd year.
Mr. Honeywell, who was the dairying business almost all his life, having started at the age of 19, became one of Ottawa's first dairymen. He was widely, known manse city friends and will district learn and of his his passing with keen regret.
Born at Woodroffe, he received his education in Westboro and resided in Woodroffe all life. He was married in Ottawa in 1905 to the former Helen Winthrop who survives.
He attended Britannia Heights United church. He leaves in addition his wife, four sons. Fred E. and Edwin H. Honeywell of Woodroffe, William R. of Ottawa and J. Douglas, of Kemptville: two daughters. Miss Gertrude E., of Toronto, and Miss Doris M., of Goderich: two sisters, Miss May Honeywell of Ottawa and Mrs. J. of Woodroffe, also three grandchildren. One brother, Fred Honeywell predeceased him in January of this year.
Rev. Gordon F. Dangerfield will conduct the funeral service Monday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Hulse and Playfair, Ltd., 315 McLeod street. Interment will be in Pinecrest cemetery.5

Daughter of the late Elkanah Honeywell, a pioneer of the township of Nepean, and his wife, the late Maria Baldwin, granddaughter of the late William Baldwin of Bytown, Miss Honeywell was an active member of Britannia United church and the Women's Missionary Society of that church. She was also a member of Lorraine. Chapter, I.O.D.E., for many years.
Surviving are two sisters, Miss May Honeywell of Ottawa and Mrs. Ullett of Woodroffe; two brothers, E. H. Honeywell of Woodroffe and F. H. Honeywell of Ottawa: two nieces, Miss Gertrude Honeywell of Toronto a and Miss Doris Honeywell of Vankleek Hill; and five nephews, Fred E. Honeywell. Edwin H. The wedding of Miss Martha M. McGlashan, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. McGlashan, of Wilson's Corners, Que., and Mr. Edwin H. Honeywell, son of Mrs. E. H. Honeywell and the late Mr. Honeywell, of Woodroffe, took place Saturday, June 25, at Chelsea, Que. Rev. Wesley Morris officiated.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her cousin, Miss Aletha Raven, as bridesmaid. Mr. Fred Honeywell was best man.
The bride wore a gown of white satin, styled with a lace yoke and long sleeves which tapered over her wrists. Her veil was held in place by a satin coronet and she wore red roses and orange blossoms.
Following a reception held at the bride's home, the couple left on a wedding trip to Montreal, and the Laurentians. Going away, the bride wore a light blue suit with white accessories.
On their return the couple will reside at Woodroffe.
