    The Verch Children
    Children of William Verch and Augusta nee Kuehl of Hagarty Township, who lived high on a hill on the old German Settlement Road near the first Baptist Chirch. In fact, part of the Verch house was the original log structure that was usedd as a church before the stone church was built. The yougest daughter was Martha Verch (1895 - 1984), who married Henry Zummach and was the grandmther of Killaloe's own Donnie Zummach.
