The back of the bodice had tiny self covered buttons from neck to waist. Her finger-tip veil of embroidered net was arranged on her head in a coronet of orange blossoms. She carried a snear of American Beauty roses with white satin bows and streamers.
Her bridesmaids were Miss Shirley Dinsmore, Collingwood, and Miss Jean Clendenan of Toronto. the former wearing a golden taffeta gown, with nylon yoke and skirt finished with a bustle with matching shoulder veil and long gloves and carrying a nosegay of talisman centred with white sweet peas roses, streamers, the latter an ice blue taffeta gown, similarly styled, with similar accessories and carrying a nosegay of red roses centred with white sweet peas and streamers.

The bride's mother gowned in royal blue crepe trimmed with black lace and silver bugle beads and black accessories, and wearing a corsage of cerise carnations received, assisted by the groom's mother wearing a flowered silk navy dress with navy accessories and wearing a corsage of pink carnations.
