A pretty May wedding was solemnized at noon on Monday by Rev. A. E. Jaster at Killaloe Lutheran Church, when Miss Dorothy Jean Kuehl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Kuehl, of Killaloe, became the bride of Wesley Pankie, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Pankie, of Golden Lake.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an attractive gown of white bridal satin, with white accessories, and carried a bouquet of white roses.
Miss Esther Layman, the bridesmaid, wore a sky-blue gown, with a bandeau of blue, and carried red roses. Merville Kuehl was best man, and Miss M. Zummach presided at the organ during the ceremony.
A reception was afterwards held for friends and relatives at the home of the bride's parent. Mr. and Mrs. Pankie will make their home in Golden Lake.3
