She was born on 3 January 1841 at Tauer, Germany, based upon her age given at the time of her death.2,1,3 Maria married Friedrich August Boehme on 21 June 1862 at Tauer, Germany.2,1,4
Maria Kielow died on 9 February 1894 at Raglan Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, at age 53 according to Ontario Death Registration 015701.2,1,3
Maria Kielow was buried at Palmer Rapids Wesleyan / Calvary Evangelical United Brethren Cemetery, Palmer Rapids, Raglan Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada.1,4
Note regarding Maria Kielow: Notes from Richard Boehme's FTM pages:
August's first name was Friedrich. In Germany, the family name was spelled Böhme.
See "The Harvest of Stones" (the German Settlement in Renfrew County), written by Brenda Lee-Whiting, published by University of Toronto Press 1985, pp 191-195 (plus pictures of his furniture on various other pages). Note that there are errors in this account, especially regarding August's two wives. Maria Kielow was the same age as her husband, not a "teen-age wife" as indicated on page 192. His second wife, Henriette Densin (Denston, Denzin?) could speak only German, according to Oscar Boehme, therefore the information on page 195 indicating that her family was not German is inaccurate.
The author also indicates on page 192 that "somehow, the family escaped the attention of census-takers in 1871". Not true. It's just that the English-speaking census takers couldn't cope with Boehme and spelled it Beam!2
Note regarding Maria Kielow and Friedrich August Boehme: Notes from Richard Boehme's FTM web pages:
Maria Kielow was Wendish (Wendisch?) in origin, as were most of the people of the Tauer region. That continues to be true to the present time. Her husband, August, was of Germanic or Prussian ancestry.2 In the death registration of Bertha Yourt, who died on 31 January 1943, Marie Kuehlo was identified as her mother.5

He was born on 11 March 1924 at Rockingham, Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada.1,2,4,3,5
Gordon David Junop died on 6 July 1944 at Mount Bruno Military Camp, Québec, Canada, at age 20.1,6,2,3,7 According to military records: his parents were Christie Junop and Minnie Junop. his sibling(s) were identified as Cpl. Arnold Wesley Junop, Ord, Seaman Garnet Ray Junop and Myrtle Grace Junop. His service file includes a report on the circumstances of the accident in which he died. From this I surmise that he was a member of the gun crew performing the demonstration firing of a 3" mortar. Four shoots were successful, while the fifth exploded in the tube, killing the gun crew (7 immediate deaths) and wounding 36 others. Of those wounded, 5 others died over the following days. The subsequent investigation determined that the mortar round must have been defective since all other causes were eliminated.5
Gordon David Junop was buried at First Baptist Cemetery, Pembroke, Alice Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada.6,8

Pte. Gordon D. Junop, who was one of nine soldiers killed yesterday at the Mt. Born in Pembroke 20 years ago he attended the local public school and Collegiate Institute and at the time of enlistment he was employed by the Pembroke Service press.

He was well known in minor sports circles in Pembroke where for several years he played hockey on midget and juvenile teams and later coached and managed teams in the same leagues.

He is survived by his parents, two brothers, Cpl. Arnold Junop, R.C.A.F., in British Columbia; O.S. Garnet Junop, R.C.N.V.R., Charlottetown, P.E.I., and one sister, Myrtle, at home.
