     Charles was born on 26 May 1872 in Sheffield, England.1,6,2,7,5 Charles married Ann Mariah Shaw on 20 June 1892 in Owen Sound, Grey County, Ontario, Canada, at Heathcote according to their famliy biography in the Estevan history book.8,2,3,7 He died on 7 December 1932 in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada, at age 60.4,2 Alternatively, he died on 8 December 1932 at age 60.7 Charles Henry Shaw was buried in Estevan City Cemetery, Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada.7
     They homesteaded 11 miles northeast of Estevan in 1903.2

According to the Charles Shaw famliy biography in the Estevan history book, she was born in Heathcote.3,2,4 Hazel was born on 11 April 1897 in Grey County, Ontario, Canada, according to Ontario Birth Registration.1 Hazel married Harold Maslen, They had two boys and a duaghter.4 She died on 1 April 1987 in San Mateo, San Mateo County, California, USA, at age 89.2
