     She was born in 1891, possibly at New Plymouth, at New Zealand.1 Beatrice married Francis Alexander Adams Jones circa April 1933 at New Plymouth, Taranaki, New Zealand.4,5
     Beatrice M. Carter and Tracey M. K. Carter were included on a passenger manifest for the "Scythia" dated 28 October 1929 departing from Liverpool, England and arriving at Port of New York, New York, USA, in transit to New Plymouth, New Zealand. They were residents of New Plymouth, New Zealand. Beatrice was described as 5' 2" with a medium complexion, brown hair and hazel eyes, and Tracey as 5' 4" with a fair compexion, brown hair and blue eyes.. They were the daughters of Christopher Carter of Vogeltown, New Plymouth, New Zealand. They were both born there.6

     William and Mary Crosskill appeared on the 1851 British Census of England, at South Cockerington, Lincolnshire, enumerated effective 30 Mar 1851, described as an agricultural labourer. Their children Jesse, John and Thirza were listed as living with them.9,3
     William appeared on the 1871 British Census of England, Lincolnshire, in the household of Jesse and Betsey Crosskell, and he was listed as a widowed Ag Lab(ourer.)5
     William appeared on the 1881 British Census of England, Lincolnshire, in the household of George and Mary A. Croskell, listed as a labourer.2
