The funeral was held Thursday morning of Frederick Mayhew from his late residence at Boon Creek to St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church and cemetery, attended by many relatives and friends.
Mr. Mayhew, who died at his home Tuesday morning, aged 55 years, had been in failing health for a long time. Born in Pembroke, he spent his early years there and was married to a resident of Alice township, Miss Mary Cliche who moruns his lose.
Also remaining are five children: Ferdinand, aged 19, Jules, 15, Omera, 13, Jea, nine, and Albert, seven uears old. Two sisters and a brother also remain. Mrs. Carnival and Miss Ezilda Mayhew, of Pembroke, and Paul Mayhew of Mattawa.5

Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Lynch the deceased man was born in Renfrew County. He was married in April 1893, to the former Elizabeth Rose Mayhew, who survives him. A member of the Carmen's Union, he had resided at 105 Chippewa street for some time prior to his death. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday morning, March 25, at 9 o'clock, with Rev. P. B. Hussey officiating. Interment will be made in St Mary's cemetery. The late Mr Lynch is survived by his widow, one son, John, of Toronto and six daughters, Miss Mary Elizabeth Lynch; Mr.s Norman J. Kelly, Toronto; Mrs C. H. Clark, Toronto; Mrs. A. Skerrow, Toronto; Mrs. G. Nicholson, Toronto, and Mrs. M. Anderson. Seven granddaughters and sone (sic) grandson, all of Toronto, also survive.8
