     Renetta Sophia Bork died on 11 May 1915 at C.C.G.P. Hospital, Ottawa, Carleton County, Ontario, Canada, at age 20 of an Exophthalmic Goitre (also called Graves' Disease) which she had for 4 years according to Ontario Death Registration 010031.4,1,3 The informant on her death registration was L. A. DesRosiers. Her parents were identified as Chas. W. Bork and Annie Hasler.4
