Thomas Edward Lipsett was conscripted on 15 January 1918 at Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, joining the Fisrt Saskatchewan Depot Battalion. He gave his occupation as a clerk.2 Thomas Edward Lipsett ended military service as part of general demobilization on 17 May 1919 at Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. He received a shell wound to his right leg on Oct. 2, 1918 while serving in France. The fragments were removed under local anesthetic. There was no long term disability noted.
