     Archibald and Kate Smith appeared on the 1905 State Census of Buffalo, Erie County, New York, Ward 24, enumerated 1 June 1905, a mortgage broker. Their daughter Susan was listed as living with them. His sister-in-law, Libbie Peck was included in the household.⁴
     He was commonly known as Arch Smith.²
     The following article appeared in the Buffalo, New York Buffalo Courier, 7 March 1886 :

     She was born circa 1883 at Missouri, USA.² Agnes married William G. Foerstel circa 1902.²
     William G. and Agnes Foerstel appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of St. Louis, Missouri, enumerated 11 April 1930, described as a laborer for a cooperage company. Their daughter, Marie A., was listed as living with them. Other children in the household were Gertrude, Joseph, Oliver W. and Edward. His brother-in-law, W. Frederick Kauffmann was also included in the household.²

     He was born circa 1875 at Missouri, USA.¹ William married Agnes Kaufman circa 1902.¹

     Ida C. Hemminghaus died on 11 November 1997 at Dallas County, Texas, USA, at age 87.^3,7
     Ida C. appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of St. Louis, Missouri in the household of her parents, Henry and Ida M. Hemminghaus.²
     Richard A. and Ida Kuhn appeared on the 1940 U.S. Federal Census of St. Louis, Missouri, enumerated 18 April 1940, described as a shoe cutter in a shoe factory. They lived at the same place in 1935, so may have been married prior to that time.⁴
     Ida C. Kuhn, of 4410 Pennsylvania, St. Louis, was listed as next-of-kin/contact on the draft registration of her husband, Richard Adolph Kuhn.¹
     Richard and Ida Kuhn appeared on the 1950 U.S. Federal Census of St. Louis, Missouri, enumerated 24 April 1950, described as a shoe cutter in a shoe factory.⁵

     He was born circa 1878 at Missouri, USA.¹ Henry married Ida M. Krone.¹
     Henry C. and Ida M. Hemminghaus appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of St. Louis, Missouri, enumerated 12 May 1930, described as proprietor of a blacksmith shop. Their daughter, Ida C., was listed as living with them. Other children in the houshold were: Otto E., Roy G., Flora K?, Ruth M and Elger H..¹
