Wife Liked Him Only on Pay Day, He Says
Charging that the only time his wife showed any affection for him was on pay day and that she charged expensive fur coats and watches to him, Elmer C. Levans, of 3160 Lakewood, Saturday filed a petition for nullification of his marriage in Circuit Court.
Levans said he sought nullification instead of a divorce because his wife Inez, was already married to another man. He stated in his petition that he "gave her the money" to pay for her divorce but she never got it.2
