     She was born on 18 November 1884 at Eganville, Grattan Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, according to Ontario Birth Registration 901675.6,4,5,2 Alternatively, she was born on 18 November 1900 at Eganville, Grattan Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, - this date is taken from her WWI Attestation papers. You'd think that they would notice she was older than 16 in August 1916 when she signed the papers.1 A delayed birth registration for Minnie Lisk was made on 21 July 1926 at Ottawa in Carleton County, certified by her sister, Augusta Smith.4
     She died on 17 December 1964 at age 80.2 Minnie Lisk was buried at Melville United Church Cemetery, Grattan Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada.2
     
Canadian Military Service:

     Nursing Sister Minnie Lisk began military service on 17 August 1916 at Kingston, Frontenac County, Ontario, Canada, enlisted in the Canadian Army Medical Corps.She listed her next-of-kin as an unknown person on her enlistment papers.7,1 On 11 September 1916 Nursing Sister Minnie Lisk wrote her will leaving all to three of her siblings, Mrs. William August Lewis Smith, Albert Edward Lisk and James Lisk.1
     On 19 December 1916 she proceeded to France.1 Nursing Sister Minnie Lisk ended military service as part of general demobilization on 18 July 1919 at Toronto, Ontario, Canada,

     He died on 3 November 1947 at York Mills, York Twp., York County, Ontario, Canada, at age 59 according to Ontario Death Registration 027260. He had been a foreman at a pulp and paper mill at Kapuskasing, Ontario for 18 years, ending in 1945.2 The informant on his death registration was his son.2 John A Harman was buried on 5 November 1947 at Kapuskasing Public Cemetery, Cochrane District, Ontario, Canada.2
