I assume this is a district in the township, probably located on or near Rochefort Road.2,6 The cause of his death was given as influenza and pneumonia.6 The informant on his death registration was his uncle, Ernest Getz. His father was identified as August Becker.6

Canadian Military Service:

     William James Becker began military service on 17 April 1918 at the age of 27 years, 11 months and 1 day at Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. He joined the 1st Depot Battalion, Saskatchewan Regiment.1
     On 15 August 1918, He arrived in England on H.M.T? Cassandra. Earlier, in May 1918, he had been put in isolation for measles while still in Regina.1 Pte. William James Becker ended military service as part of general demobilization on 26 June 1919 at Dispersal Station "O", Military District 12, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, having most recently served in the 15th Canadian Reserve Battalion. In his discharge papers he gave his occupation as a well driller.
