By a Staff Correspondent
YORKTON, March 1.

Fire which broke out shortly after 9 o'clock this morning gutted the two-storey dwelling of Mrs. J. Kielo 103 Ontario Avenue, and caused damage estimated at more than $2,00U.

The blaze originated in the kitchen shortly after Eileen Kielo, aged 15. had lit the fire. She returned to bed for a short time and was alone at the time of the outbreak. Noticing the smoke. she ran into the kitchen and beheld one of the wall (sic) a mass of flames. After dashing a pail of water into the midst of the fire she rushed to notify the fire department and ran three blocks to turn in the alarm

However, I have no other record of a sibling of Alfred and Edwin named Yvonne. Edwin and Mildred did have a daughter Yvonne born in about 1919, so if age of 30 is months rather than years, Yvonne could be their daughter born in early 1919. Yvonne should have been included in this household as a child, so if the enumerator was correct about a 20 year old "sister," then where is Yvonne the child?
