Annie Elizabeth Johnston died on 15 August 1928 at Ontario, Canada, at age 34 according to Ontario Death Registration 016234.1,2,4 The cause of her death was given as myocarditis (degeneration of heart muscle) contribuetd to by bronchitis and nephritis.4 The informant on her death registration was her father, William Abercrombie.4
