     Augusta J. Bimm died on 28 April 1925 at Eganville, Grattan Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, at age 75.1,5
     
     Augusta J. Klingbeil was buried at Grace Lutheran Cemetery, Eganville, Twp. of Bonnechere Valley, Renfrew County, Ontario, CanadaG.5
     She emigrated circa 1878 from Germany to Canada according to her obituary.1
     The following obituary appeared in the newspaper the Eganville Leader published in Eganville, Ontario 1 May 1925 :
Died at Eganville on April 28, Mrs Ernest Bimm Sr, 75 years. A later and quite lengthy obituary says that she was the former Augusta J Klingbeil, born Dec 25, 1849, at Gohren Arns, Walde, Germany, to Mr & Mrs Gotfried Klingbeil. At the age of 22, on Feb 16, 1873, she married Ernest Bimm. Five years later the young couple came to Canada and to Eganville, Mr Bimm entering the employ of James Thompson, blacksmith.

Besides her husband, deceased leaves 11 children, 39 grandchild and three great grandchildren. Sons are Herman, Ernest, Albert, Robert and Kunibert Bimm, of Eganville; daughters: Mrs R G Reinke, Mrs G Kerstein, Mrs A Brose, Mrs R F Karsdorf, of Eganville; Mrs E P Welk and Mrs W A Kutchkie, Pembroke. There is one surviving brother, Mr Gotfried Klingbell, of Germany.1


     In the obituary of Herman August Bimm who died 7 January 1954, his parents, Ernest Bimm and Augusta J. Klingbeil were listed or implied as predeceased.6
     In the obituary of Ernest G. Bimm Jr. who died circa 7 July 1968, his parents, Ernst F. Bimm and Augusta J. Klingbeil were listed or implied as predeceased.7

     James Z. and Elizabeth C. Smith appeared on the 1900 U.S. Federal Census of Seward Twp., Winnebago County, Illinois, enumerated 26 June 1900, described as a farmer. Their children: Homer E., Wallace R., Hugh and Warren L., were listed as living with them. Note that their infant daughter, Grace, was not included because the enumeration was for status on June 1, 1900, prior to her birth. They had been married for 11 years. She had had 5 children with 4 living at the time.6
     In the obituary of Catherine Stewart who died 27 January 1909, her daughter Elizabeth, Mrs. J. Z. Smith was listed as a survivor.11
     J. Z. Smith and Elizabeth C. Smith were listed in the Priarie Farmer's Directory of Winnebago County along with their children: Homer, Wallace, Hugh, Warren, Grace and Arthur.12
     James Z. and Elizabeth C. Smith appeared on the 1920 U.S. Federal Census of Seward Twp., Winnebago County, Illinois, enumerated 12 February 1920, described as a farmer and housekeeper, respectively. Their children: Wallace R, Hugh Z., Waren, Grace E. and Arthur J., were listed as living with them.9
     In the obituary of Warren L. Smith who died 12 June 1926, his mother, Lizzie C. Smith of Seward township, was listed as a survivor.13

     James appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Winnebago, Seward Twp., Winnebago County, Illinois in the household of his parents, Edward and Elizabeth N. Smith.7
     James Z. and Elizabeth C. Smith appeared on the 1900 U.S. Federal Census of Seward Twp., Winnebago County, Illinois, enumerated 26 June 1900, described as a farmer. Their children: Homer E., Wallace R., Hugh and Warren L., were listed as living with them. Note that their infant daughter, Grace, was not included because the enumeration was for status on June 1, 1900, prior to her birth. They had been married for 11 years. She had had 5 children with 4 living at the time.4
     J. Z. Smith and Elizabeth C. Smith were listed in the Priarie Farmer's Directory of Winnebago County along with their children: Homer, Wallace, Hugh, Warren, Grace and Arthur.12
     James Z. and Elizabeth C. Smith appeared on the 1920 U.S. Federal Census of Seward Twp., Winnebago County, Illinois, enumerated 12 February 1920, described as a farmer and housekeeper, respectively.
