My Dad, Leonard Elmer Klassen, passed peacefully through the gates of death into life for eternity on February 28 at 8:07 PM--absent from the body, present with the Lord Jesus. Dad was just 3 months short of his 99th birthday. My sister, Margaret, and daughter, Laurie, came to see him from California on the weekend. Nathanael and I had the privilege of being with him as he left behind his earthly body which was failing in so many ways. We are comforted with the hope of a grand reunion with new, immortal bodies in a new heaven and new earth where God will be glorified perfectly in everything..
