David Bolling reports (Dec 15, 1998): I spent a couple of hours at the LDS library this morning. The following is what I came up with:

Augustine Brown chr. 14 Dec. 1766, Ludborough, Linc. Father: William Brown, Mother: Eliz. Source: 0504568

Mary Brown chr. 26 Apr 1771, Ludborough, Linc. Father: William Brown, Mother: Eliz. Source: 0504568

There are many other Mary Browns as you can imagine. The above Browns were the only ones in Ludborough. The following is another Mary Brown.

This looks like one family and Mary could very well be the same Mary Brown spouse of George Patchet (b 1768). If so, these are in our direct line of ancestors extending it back another generation. The age is compatible since she would be 20 when she married. The location is in the same parish and I found no other Browns there.17 She was Baptised/Christened on 26 April 1771 at Ludborough, Lincolnshire, England.8,6 She witnessed the burial of George Patchett on 21 October 1798 at North Somercotes, Lincolnshire, England.18,19
