Residence was given as Maple Street. Grandma Moffat's handwritten copy of the While Family tree indicated he "lived and died in C'wood." I presumed this meant Collingwood Twp., but the 1901 census and his death registration show that it was the town of Collingwood in nearby Simcoe County.5,13
