     Charles Clark died on 26 November 1902 at Nottawasaga Twp., Simcoe County, Ontario, Canada, according to Ontario Death Registration 023988.¹ The informant on his death registration was Thomas Clark.¹ The cause of his death was given as asthma.¹
     Charles Clark was buried at Trinity United Church Cemetery (formerly Methodist Cemetery), Collingwood, Nottawasaga Twp., Simcoe County, Ontario, Canada.³
     His name was also recorded as Charles Clarke.^2,4
     Charles and Alvina Clarke appeared on the 1881 Canadian Census of Nottawasaga Twp., Simcoe County, Ontario, enumerated 4 April 1881, described as described as a farmer and a Wesleyan Methodist. Their son Henry was listed as living with them.⁴
