According to a book comemorating the 110 aniverssary (sic) of the Zion Augsburg Lutheran Church Ferdinand Felske joined their parrish in 1879 along with his wife and 4 children. He was born in West Prussia. The book gives details of all 4 families. Ferdinand settled in Grattan township on a farm more recently owned by Edmund Plath. Friedrich moved to Germanicus in Wilberforce township. Augusta was born there in 1888. I visited his grandson Fred Felske in 1990 who still lived in the old farm house there.3
