THORNBURY, Dec. 3-The death of Wim. Sinnamon occurred on Wednesday, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Harry Keenan, Alfred Street, Thornbury, where he' resided in recent years.
The deceased was one of Collingwood Township's oldest citizens and was born on the 7th concession nearly 87 years ago, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Sinnamon. His wife, who was Miss Emily Becket, died 35 years ago, leaving a family of 10 children, all of whom are still alive and married: Mrs. H. Love, Elkhorn, Cal; al Mr. Dorsey Sinnamon, Saskatchewan; Mrs. Sam Gillespie, Leslie, Sask; Mrs. David Gillespie , Davidson, Sask; Mrs. George Phipps, Meaford; Mrs. Harry Keenan, Thornbury; Mrs. John Russel, Elkhorn, Cal; Mrs. Dr. Richards, Indian Head, Sask; Mrs. George Myles, Winnipeg, Man; Mr. Wm. Sinnamon, Saskatchewan.
The late Mr. Sinnamon 21 years ago disposed of his farm in Loree section and purchased a farm on highway 26, about three miles West of Thornbury, which was still in his possession.
The funeral will be Friday afternoon, service in St. George's Anlican (sic) Church: interment in Thornbury cemetery.3

Jeanette was adopted she was bout 2 yrs old when they took her; her father died and they were very poor, so her mother put Jeanette and her sister up for adoption, she had a wonderful home with my grandparents and they used her the same as the rest of their family....Jeanette's sister was a Mrs. Parks of Thornbury.2
