     He died on 5 August 1895 at Sebastopol Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, at age 61 according to Ontario Death Registration 015923.3,5 The informant on his death registration was his son, Carl F. Bork.3      Carl Ludwig Bork was buried at Sebastopol Baptist (German) Cemetery, Sebastopol Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada.5

     She was born on 21 March 1833 at Germany based upon her age as given on her death registration. Ruth Pilgrim gives the date as Sep 21, 1833.7,8,9 Ernestina married Carl Ludwig Bork before 1863 at Germany.10,2,9,11
     She died on 8 November 1909 at Sebastopol Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, at age 76 according to Ontario Death Registration 025821.8,7 The informant on her death registration was her son, Charles W. Bourk., Note: He gave his father's name (her husband) rather than her father's name on the registreation. However, he also recorded that he did not know her mother's name. Note also that no cause of death was given for the three deaths registred on this page.8
