     Edward was born on 17 September 1858 in Canada West, United Province of CanadaG.5,11,8 Alternatively, he was born circa 1860 in Canada West, United Province of CanadaG, age 21 in the 1881 census.7 Edward married Ann Jane Lynch on 14 April 1884 in Brudenell parish Catholic church, Brudenell Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, CanadaG.5,6,11,9 He died in 1944.5 Edward Mayhew was buried in St. Patrick's [RC] Cemetery, Parry Sound, Kearney Twp., Ontario, CanadaG.5
     He also went by the name of Ed according to the 1901 census.11

Anne had a son (Samual John Lynch/Mayhew) previous to marriage, born July 5, 1880.
She married Edward Mayhew who had a daughter previous to their marriage - born May 31, 1879.6

     Annie Mayhew was listed as a witness to the marriage of Samuel John Mayhew and Mary Farrel on 2 August 1904 in North Bay, Nipissing District, Ontario, CanadaG; according to Ontario Marriage Registration 013980. They were married less than a year when Mary died.6,7
     The following biographical information is from my personal research, June 2017:
Annie daughter of Edward Mayhew may be the unnamed daughter of Delina Mayhew. Their birth dates are one day apart, but the years are 1877 and 1878 respectively.8

     Samuel was born on 5 July 1880 in Renfrew County, Ontario, CanadaG, in or near Combermere since Dr. M Jones Henry delivered this unnamed "illegitimate" child according to Ontario Birth Registration 030051. He was born at Maynooth according to his mariage registration.5,1,2,9,4,7,8 Samuel married Mary Farrel on 2 August 1904 in North Bay, Nipissing District, Ontario, CanadaG, according to Ontario Marriage Registration 013980. They were married less than a year when Mary died.10,4 He died on 4 November 1909 in Barry's Bay, Renfrew County, Ontario, CanadaG, at age 29.11,12,2 Samuel John Mayhew was buried on 7 November 1909 in Sacred Heart/Holy Canadian Martyrs R.C. Cemetery (Old), Combermere, Radcliffe Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, CanadaG, November 7th 1909 We the undersigned blessed the body of Samuel John Mayhew son of Edward Mayhew and Jane Lynch who died on the fourth day of this month aged twenty-nine years.      He also went by the name of Sam.13,7 His name was recorded as Lynch on his birth registration no given name on his birth registration.9 In the report the death of Mary Mayhew which printed 15 April 1905, Sam Mayhew was listed as a survivor.10

     Mrs Martin Corrigan of Nicholson Siding, Ontario was the informant on the death registration of her mother, Exilda Mayhew who died on 23 July 1927.11      The following analysis is from my personal research and reflects my attempts to consolidate information from different sources.
I have merged Grace and Florence since they appear to be the same individual, with Grace enumerated in 1891 and Florence in 1901 and 1911.12

     Florence Mayhew appeared on the 1891 Canadian Census of Raglan & Radcliffe Twps., Renfrew County, Ontario in the household of her parents, Louie Mayhew and Julius Mayhew.13 Florence appeared on the 1901 Canadian Census of Raglan & Radcliffe Twps., Renfrew County, Ontario, in the household of Louis Mayhew and Exildans Mayhew.8

     Joseph was born on 12 October 1856 in Combermere, Renfrew County, Canada West, United Province of CanadaG, died at age 73 and 13 days which calculates to Oct 9, 1856, but birth date is given as Oct 12th.12,11 Alternatively, he was born on 12 October 1857 in Ontario, CanadaG, in the 1901 and 1911 census.10,9 Joseph married Elizabeth Roxy Kelly before 1872 in Ontario, CanadaG.1,3,13,10,9,14 He died on 25 October 1929 in 16 Cambridge Ave, Toronto, York County, Ontario, CanadaG, at age 73 according to Ontario Death Registration 007599.15,16,17 The informant on his death registration was his daughter, Ella Ralph.12 Joseph Mayhew was buried on 28 October 1929 in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Brudenell Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, CanadaG. Following is a transcription of the Brudenell Parish Register:
This twenty-eight day of October one thousand nine hundre and twenty nine we the undersigned priest have blessed the bodyof Joseph Mayhew of Combermere who died on the 25th of this month in Toronto aged 73 years.
