Her father's name was given as Noah Mayhew.^4,1 The cause of her death was given as blood poisonng.¹ The informant on her death registration was her cousin (and possibly her bioogical father), J. Mayhew.¹

Mayhew died on 1 March 1905 at Radcliffe Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada.¹ She was born on 1 March 1905 at Radcliffe Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, according to Ontario Birth Registration 040714. There is a notation on this registration that the child was stillborn, no name was given and she was not baptized.¹
