In 1950, the birth register was officially changed based upon his declaration, and a baptism certificate.. It originally gave his name as Chas F Kuhl and the birth date was Mar 1, 1906. His name was modified to Fred William Kuehl and his birth date to Feb 17th, 1906.2 His name was amended to Fred William Kuehl on his birth registration.2
In the obituary of Wilbert Ross Kuehl who died 23 May 2014, his brother, Fred Kuehl, was listed as predeceased.4
