ROUSELL -Rodman Rousell was born August 24, 1915 and passed away February 3, 2008 at the age of 92 years. He is lovingly survived by his wife Amanda; children, Delcy (John) Marchand, Glen (Bev) Rousell, Keith (Barb) Rousell, Clint (Elaine) Rousell, Helen (Vernon) Summach; stepchildren, Donna (Arie) Smits, Ken (Dorothy) Guze; 22 Grandchildren; 37 Great Grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; and seven in-laws. He was predeceased by his first wife Mona in 1976;granddaughter Judy in 1978; stepson David, and son-in-law Wade Reinhardt. Interment will be held at the Asquith Cemetery on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at 11:00 am. Service of Celebration will be held at 2:00 pm at the Asquith Baptist Church with Pastor Joshua Goetz officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to CNIB or charity of your choice. Arrangements are in care of MARTENS WARMAN FUNERAL HOME (934-4888).

The death of Mrs. Mona Rousell age 62 years of Asquith, Saskatchewan occurred in a local hospital on October 27th, 1976. The Funeral Services will be held on Saturday October 30th, at 2 p.m. from the Asquith Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Herb Cassells. Surviving are: her loving husband Rod; two daughters Mrs. Delcy Reinhardt of Ottawa, Ontario and Mrs. Vernon (Helen) Summach of Asquith. Three sons: Glen of Briarcrest, Sask., Keith and Clinton both of Asquith; twelve grandchildren. Step-mother Mrs. Rosella McKee of Asquith. Three sisters: Mrs. Albert (Della) Brooks and Mrs. Malcolm (Verna) Summach, both of Asquith and Miss Joyce McKee of Saskatoon. One brother, Malcolm McKee of Saskatoon and many close relatives and dear friends. Mrs. Rousell was predeceased by her parents some years ago. Mrs. Rousell was born and raised in the Asquith District and attended Grasby School as well as the Asquith School. In April 20th, 1938 she married and with her husband Rod they farmed for many years in the Asquith District and retired to the Town of Asquith in 1965. Mrs. Rousell was very active in Community Affairs and was a Life Member of the Baptist Women's Mission Work of Canada. The family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Fund rather than floral tributes.Interment will be made in the Asquith Cemetery. McKague's Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Keith Rousell at RUH at the age of 74 years. Keith was born in Perdue, Sk and lived his whole life on the farm at Asquith, SK. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Barbara (McLelland) Rousell; daughters Sherri (Greg) Thompson and Vicki (Perry) Quittenbaum; grandchildren Sarah (Jadon) Ward, Rachael Thompson, Andrew Thompson, Brittany Quittenbaum, Erica Quittenbaum, and Stephanie Quittenbaum; great-grandchildren Alexander Rodney and Ethan Rodney; his sisters Delcy (John) Marchand and Helen (Vernon) Summach; his brothers Glen (Bev) Rousell and Clint (Elaine) Rousel; brother-in- law Bill (Linda) McLelland and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his daughter Judy, parents Rod and Mona Rousell, stepmom Amanda Rousell, brother- in-law Wade Reinhardt and sister-in-law Pat McLelland. He completed his grade 12 in Asquith and attended Baptist Leadership Training School in Calgary for 9 months. Upon completion he came home to the farm, got married and raised his family on the same farm he grew up on. Keith was very active at Asquith Baptist Church both locally and regionally. He had a real passion for Christian camping and was chairman of The Quest at Christopher Lake Board for 12 years. The celebration of Keith's life will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Asquith Baptist Church. Rev. Joshua Goetz will be officiating. Esther died at Trinity Village in Kitchener, on Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at the age of 96 years. She was predeceased by her husband Hilbert Musselman in 2002. Esther is survived by her step-son Marvin Musselman and his wife Glenna of New Dundee. She is also survived by her sister Hazel Kargus of Pembroke; sisters-in-law Christina Kuehl, Mildred Kuehl, Myrtle Kuehl, Rhoda Kuehl; members of Hilbert's family; Ervin Bloch and his wife Jenny; Jane Pauls, Kathy Campbell, Dr. Christine Bloch, Linette Boyes, David Bloch; seven great-grandchildren and Glenna's family. She was predeceased by a step-daughter Audrey Bloch; step-daughter-in-law Katie Musselman; brothers Norman, Henry, Alex, Reuben, Arnold, Louis and Gordon (infancy) Kuehl; sisters Bertha Fullerton and Myrtle (infancy) Kuehl and parents Bertha (Weber) and Alex Kuehl. Esther was a longtime and faithful member of Kitchener Gospel Temple. Friends are invited to share their memories of Esther with her family at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate her life and faith will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, January 9, 2010, at 3 p.m. with Pastor Richard Burton officiating. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo. Immediately following the service, friends and relatives are invited to the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home for refreshments and a time to visit.
