PEMBROKE, Ont, Aug. 23rd--Mrs. Louisa Debursey, wife of Michael J. (Mick) Debursey, who operates a taxi business here, died suddenly at her home, 446 Miller street early this morning. News of her death came as a distinct shook to her many friends, she being apparently in good health;
Mrs. Debursey was born in Alice Township, 64 years ago, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Witt, and lived in Pembroke since she was a girl. A devout Roman Catholic, she attended St John the Baptist Church and had numerous friends, who will mourn her passing deeply.
Surviving beside her husband. are three sons, Ebbie, James and Aloysius, all at home; two daughters, Mrs. H. McLelland, Montreal and Miss Dorothy, at home; three brothers. August and William Witt, Pembroke, Fred Witt. Alice Township and one grandchild,
The funeral is being held on Sunday afternoon from her residence to St. John the Baptist Church and burial will take place in the. church cemetery.5
