He was born on 4 April 1915 at Killaloe Station, Hagarty Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, according to delayed Ontario Birth Registration 902286.5 Alternatively, he may have been born on 4 April 1916 at Killaloe, Hagarty Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada.1,2,3 A delayed birth registration for Charles Kuehl was made on 11 July 1931 at Pembroke in Renfrew County, certified by his father, William Kuehl.5
Charles Harold Kuehl died on 27 January 1938 at Pembroke, Pembroke Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, at age 22.1,2 The informant on his death registration was his father, William Kuehl.2
Charles Harold Kuehl was buried on 29 January 1938 at First Baptist Cemetery, Pembroke, Alice Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada.1,2,3
In the obituary of Luella Evelyn Kuehl who died 22 November 2005, his brother, Charles Kuehl, was listed as predeceased.4
In the obituary of Isabel Kuehl who died 29 March 2006, her brother, Charles Kuehl, was listed as predeceased.6
In the obituary of Milton Harold Kuehl who died 28 June 2006, his brother, Charles Kuehl, was listed as a survivor.7
The following analysis is from my personal research and reflects my attempts to consolidate information from different sources.
Both of the above birth dates were certified by his father, so until further evidence is found, it is unclear which is correct. Both his delayed birth registration and his death registration are primary sources, so of equal weight as evidence.8
