     Friedrich Hartwig died on 21 January 1915 at Hagarty Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, at age 82 according to Ontario Death Registration 027781 he died of a Postial Obstruction which he had had for 40 years. Age at the time of death was 82 years 2 months and 14 days.1,5,3 The informant on his death registration was his son, Herman Hartwick.5

     She was born on 23 August 1890 at Brudenell Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada.2,8,3,6 Alternatively, she may have been born circa 1892 at Ontario, Canada, aince she was age 24 in the 1916 census.4 Minnie married John Webber on 2 February 1914 at Hagarty Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada.9,5,10 Minnie married Henry Webber on 15 April 1915.11,12,4
     Minnie Hartwig died on 16 November 1918 at Saskatchewan, Canada, at age 28 in the flu pandemic.8,13
     Minnie Hartwig was buried at Hazlet Cemetery, Hazlet, Saskatchewan, Canada.13
     Her name was also recorded as Wilhelmine Hartwick according to some researchers, but I have not found primary or secondary sources.8
     Minnie Hartwig appeared on the 1901 Canadian Census of Renfrew County, Ontario in the household of her parents, Herman and Lizzie Hartwick.3
     Minnie Hartwig appeared in the 1911 Canadian Census of Hagarty Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario in the household of her parents, Herman and Lizzie Hartwig.6
     In the obituary of John Weber who died 24 April 1914, his newly wed bride, Minnie Hartwig was listed as a survivor.14
     Harry and Minnie Hartwig appeared on the 1916 Census of Canadian Prairie Provinces, RM of Pittville No. 169, Saskatchewan, Township 17, enumerated 1 June 1916, described as a farmer on his own account. Note that their daughter Myrtle was not included in this enumeration, so was born after this date.4
     In the obituary of Louise Lehman who died 19 September 1951, her daughter, but actually her stepdaughter, Minnie Hartwig, was listed as predeceased.1
     In the obituary of Ethel Kauffeldt-Neuman who died 29 December 2008, her parents, Harry Weber and Minnie Hartwig were listed or implied as predeceased.15
